Problems with my Adobe CC account

Here's my problem.

Under my account, there's an Adobe for enterprise plan for IBM. However, I don't have licenses to all the related softwares, for example, premiere pro. I'm not sure whether it is caused by that my personal account getting messed up with my enterprise account. My colleagues can simply reolve this license problem by logging with the enterprise id, and getting redirected to our enterprise single sign-on page. However, when it comes to me, I cannot find an option to sign in with enterprise ID. Is there anyone who can help me with this situation?
