Problems with payment

Good afternoon, today I received a notification that I have 1 unpaid month in the animate program, although my card is linked to the program and payment is automatic. What should I do in this case?

check your account to verify your subscription/payment is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

then, if all looks correct, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if that fails to solve the problem, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
