Produit non admissible

Je viens d’acheter la mise à jour de ma version d’Adobe Acrobat, cependant j’obtiens le message suivant « Ce numéro de série n’est pas celui d’un produit admissible. Veuillez en essayer un autre » étant donné que je ne trouve pas la version 11 dans la sélection de produit. Pourriez-vous m’informer de la façon de corriger ce problème ou résilier l’achat s’il n’est pas possible de corriger le problème.

You can't upgrade from Acrobat XI to the current version, it's too old to qualify.

You will need to contact Adobe (or whoever you bought it from) to get a refund for your purchase.

 

Edited: "Can't", not "can", of course...

Thank you for your andwer, but how can I contact Adobe. I spend one hour yesterday to try to find a mail contact or a phone numer without any success ! I purchased this product through Adobe.com.

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
