Promo License Help

Hey Adobe. 

Can you help me fix a promo license please. 

So I took an Adobe training course that got me the free annual CC subscription last August 2023 but Adobe never emailed me any information and it never took effect on my personal adobe account. So I chased it in January this year and they sent me the details and the license got activated, however last week I went to open Premiere and it says I no longer have a license. 

I contacted the people at Adobe marketing who initially got me the license and they told me I should reach out to you guys here
