PS is changing the Rules of the Game

I signed up for a 1 year Photoshop subscription. At the time Generative Fill was always freely available and that's why I subscribed. With the latest update, Gen Fill is now a premium feature and I need to pay more to use it. When I signed up: did it explicitly mention that  Generative Fill will become an additional cost in the future?...NO! I believe that changing 'what you now get for your money' without notification and offering me an out is a consumer right. Of course you can't talk to a human and that in itself is a consumer's right, not some dumb AI that says, "I'm learning" and you just go into a death spiral. I can't wait to leave this toxic ADOBE!
