PSD Files from Desktop to iPad / iPad to Desktop - How?

When I move a PSD File to the Creative Cloud Files in OSX Finder, the PSD file does not show on the iPad Photoshop under Cloud-Documents and and vice versa. In the Adobe Cloud Web Browser the Desktop files are under Synchronised Data, the iPad files are under Cloud-Documents.

How can I move the files between Desktop and iPad?
