Purchase of Photoshop Elements

Question

Purchased Photoshop Elements on January 28, 2022 off of an Adobe Ad on Facebook for $69.99. Have not received an email or text telling me how to access/register. Trying to reach an acutal person to assist. Any help would be appreciated.
