purchase problem

I just bought Adobe illustrator and downloaded it successfully, but it shows that I have 7 days trial?? is this normal? would it start the first day of subscription after the trial period or there is something wrong

    After downloading & installing Creative Cloud Desktop app, did you restart your computer?

     

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar again.
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

    You are correct - Something is wrong. Don't wait until time runs out. The first thing is to check your Adobe account to make sure it shows a "plan" for Illustrator that is active. If this is ok, then sign out from Creative Cloud, and sign in again, making sure you use the Adobe ID with the plan.
