Purchase query for a product WITHOUT a subscription

Adobe owns the software. Users in non-sanctioned regions may purchase a prepaid license to use it. But with 26 million subscribers, Adobe's Creative Cloud subscription model is here to stay.

We appreciate you writing in. As the expert suggested above, there are some products which are not subscription based. However, it will be easier to understand if you could tell which specific product are you looking for.

You don't say what program. Some programs are subscription only. Some are single fee only. Some have a choice. But sure, Adobe prefer subscriptions. They found people didn't buy upgrades, as they expected, but sometimes were just happy with the software and kept running it for years or decades. Just not playing the game.
