Purchased plan not showing up

Hello,

 

I purchased an annual prepaid plan back in Febraury 2019. For about a month now it has said I haven't had a plan at all. I recently called adobe support for help, but nothing was done. My account is attached to my school email and I'm thinking that is why. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am very frustrated.

Your subscription for Creative Cloud all apps is purchased under your school .edu email address. Please login here https://account.adobe.com/ to view your account.
