Purchasing All Apps

So I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps on the 19th 14:03 BST time. I still have not got my subscription.

I'm not sure what to do, like is there any procedure or has anyone else had similar issues!

I have tried but, the issue is I purcahsed all apps, it took the money but it didn't not appear in the ordering/billing section,
