Que hago si mi reembolso aún no esta reflejado en mi cuenta

Hola buenas tardes, el 13 de abril cancele mi plan adobe y el mismo día recibí un correo de confirmación de cancelación de mi cuenta, al día siguiente recibí un correo confirmando y garantizando mi reembolso. Sin embargo, a mi cuenta no ha llegado dicho reembolso, a pesar de que ya han pasado exactamente los 14 días hábiles que indican como periodo en el que se refleje la transacción. Así que me gustaría saber porque no lo he recibido y que debo hacer para obtenerlo
