Question about payment and usage of product

Hello Adobe community. I am from Germany, but I will be moving to Bosnia & Herzegovina in 1 month. I heard Adobe isn't supported in B&H for purchase, so my question is if I buy subscription to Creative Cloud here in Germany, can I keep using my products when I move to B&H?
