Question about special offer

I was checking into my current plan (All Apps 100 gb) trying to decide what to do about the new plans coming up, and my member account showed the following special offer of $39.99/month:

 

To me it looks like I could keep my current plan for which I'm billed $59.99 monthly, for a new cost of $39.99 monthly.  This new plan is named exactly the same as my current plan.  Not Standard or Pro.  So I'm trying to figure out what the downside of accepting the offer.  I do use iOS apps (Photoshop and Illustrator) quite a bit and don't want to give that up, so the new Standard plan wouldn't work for me.

 

Any advice?  Especially, how to get a definitive, official answer as to what the $39.99 plan would include until my annual renewal date which would be in May of next year.

    and how dod you access that offer?


    I just logged in to my account and clicked on Manage Plan.  Then I think I clicked on Change your plan, and it showed me the offer.

    I decided there were no downsides to the offer.  If I don't like it I can always upgrade to the new Pro.  So I went ahead and accepted the offer (the clickable part was below where I trimmed the screen shot) and it went through okay.  Time will tell if I can still access what I need.
