Question regarding the change of an annual subscription.

On February 11, 2026, my subscription was changed to Creative Cloud Pro. When I try to cancel it on the same day, the system informs me that I would have to pay a substantial early termination fee.

If I choose the option to switch to a lower-tier plan instead, will this also result in an early termination fee, as in the previous case?

I do not work for Adobe, so this is only from reading prior messages

If you switch from A to B and you cancel A as part of that switch your subscription to B has a new start date… I know that a TRIAL may be cancelled in no more than 14 days from the start date and any charge will be refunded… I do NOT know if an actual new subscription may be cancelled with no fee
