Questions about Adobe's product license for subsidiary

Hi Everyone:

Does Adobe's product license agreement include provisions similar to those in JetBrains' product license agreement that define 'control,' particularly the clause explaining 'ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares or beneficial ownership of the entity'?

The JetBrains product license agreement reads as follows:

“Product Holder” means the sole proprietor or legal entity specified in the Subscription Confirmation. For legal entities, “Product Holder” includes any entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Product Holder. For the purposes of this definition, “control” means (i) the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or manage such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares or beneficial ownership of such entity.

I would like to confirm the requirements for a parent company to license Adobe products purchased by the group to its subsidiaries. Specifically, must the parent company hold at least 50% ownership in the subsidiary?

Hi,lambiloon

I'd like to inquire about the entire Adobe product series, such as PS, PR, AE, and other related products. If the parent company purchases them and wants to authorize their controlled subsidiaries to use the software, what conditions need to be met?
