sigo los pasos indicados y en planes dice NO ES POSIBLE CARGAR LOS DATOS, INTENTE MAS TARDE.  ya nose de que manera dar de baja el servicio. me pueden ayudar por favor

    Try a different browser or a mobile phone with wifi turned off.
