Mi suscripción anual se renueva el 23 de Noviembre y ya no deseo continuarla por otro año más. He intentado cancelar mi suscripion hoy, pero dice que me van a hacer un cargo por cancelación anticipada, cuando mi suscripción termina mañana. Necesito ayuda para cancelar sin que me cobren el cargo indebido.
