Quiero cancelar todo, y igualmente me llegan cargos todos los meses de 5$ y nisiquiera uso la aplicación, porfavor como cancelar para que no se hagan los pagos?

Yo me suscripción hace un año y me di de baja, ahora me quitan dinero de mes a mes y yo no uso la aplicación

No, yo me suscripción a través de adobe.com el cual utilizé dos meses y cancele y solo me cobran de mes a mes, como hago para borrar la cuenta totalmente y que no me cobren más??
