I am sorry for any problems you have encountered managing your payment methods. Are you trying to cancel your subscription, ​@Jesusteadoro*1, or change the card that is charged?

We don’t currently offer the ability to delete previously used payment information, but you can control which method is utilized.

If you are trying to end your subscription and remove your payment method, then you will need to cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion, as suggested by ​@kglad.
