I checked your account info and found that there is pending payment issue with your account. I understand you do not wish to continue with the service however, it can only be done once you clear the dues. We'd love to hear back from you if you have any feedback for the CC app that you are using which made you take this decision.

you can do that only when you have no adobe subscriptions, go to https://www.adobe.com/privacy.html, click contact us and request your adobe id be deleted.
