Quiero reembolso no me dejo cancelar el plan y me debito directamente

Me cobraron 10 veces mas de lo que estaba pagando por eso seguia pagando pero cuando vi que me cobraron 10 veces mas quise cancelar y no me dejaba entrar para cancelar despues me debitaron y ahora quiero que me cancelen el plan, tengo 14 dias para el reembolso recin van seis y en ningun lado me deja hacer la baja, no quiero mas adobe, tienen que dejarte cancelar el plan y no cobrarte
