Quiero un reembolso de mi pago no aprobado

I received an unexpected payment from Adobe, and I hadn't been charged for a long time because I canceled the payments. But today I was charged out of the blue, and I don't know which account it was charged to because I didn't receive any payment confirmation code from Adobe. It was just this random charge. I've already canceled all the plans and I want a refund.

    There are no agents available, and I tried before but there were no agents either, I canceled the plans a moment ago.
