Bonjour, 

 

j'ai résilier mon abonnement chez vous il y a maintenant plus d'un an et pourtant que je suis toujours débitée du montant de l'abonnement, alors que je n'ai aucun abonnement en cour chez vous. J'aimerai savoir pourquoi vous continuez à faire des prélèvements et également que vous arrêtiez
