Hallo zusammen,

es geht um die Umstellung Zahlweise von monatlich auf jährlich
im Dezember bekam ich von Adobe eine email, mit folgendem Inhalt,

„Oder Sie können uns auch am 23. Juni 2025 (letzter Abonnementstermin) kontaktieren und wir bieten Ihnen den zu diesem Zeitpunkt besten verfügbaren Rabattpreis, da Sie seit 10 Jahren unser treuer Kunde sind“

an wen muss ich mich wenden ?

gestern habe ich mit dem Kundensupport telefoniert
Sie meinte, dass es wahrscheinlich keinen Rabatt gibt.
Obwohl es mir in der Mail vom Dezember versprochen wurde.

Habe schon per email, messenger, Kundensupport Adobe kontaktiert

aber komme irgendwie nicht weiter.

ich habe mich schon mehrmals per email und messenger mit adobe in Verbindung gesetzt,

bekomme aber keine Antwort.

Wenn ich einen akzeptablen Rabatt bekomme würde ich sofort verlängern und auf jährliche Zahlweise umstellen.
