Rating for customer service associates

Hello, 

 

I have not recieved a customer service satisfaction email to rate my previous customer service associate that assisted me. When I asked why...the representative stated that if I call back within 7 days I will not recieve an email to rate the previous representative. Is that correct?

Nobody in these product user-to-user forums knows what Adobe does with e-mail or surveys, sorry.
