Hello, David! 
Could you help me?  I couldn't make a monthly payment from any of my cards today. Apparently, this happened because of economic sanctions. I have been a Photoshop user for more than one year, and I have always faithfully fulfilled my payment obligations. Now I also have obligations to do my job using Photoshop and lightroom to my clients. I would really like to carry them out in good faith. Tell me, are there any ways to resolve this situation on Adobe part?

    Thank you for posting your query here.

    As per my understanding for existing Creative Cloud customers, the plan will work and renew automatically if their banks are not blocked.

    If the Banks are blocked from which the payment is deducted for Creative Cloud licenses, please update the payment details to any Bank that is not blocked. 

     

    Keeping in mind this unforeseen situation, Adobe has provided some extra time to existing customers in order to sort the payment issues.

    -click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session

    Adobe does have a process to assist Russian civilians in continuing subscriptions while the sanctions are in place. You have to contact customer service to do this.
