Hello Shivangi,
i have the same problem. I tried the testversion which is free for 14 days. I have no longer a use for it and i want to cancel it before the yearly subscription begins. But the system does not allow it. I tried it several times on different computers, Wifi on/off etc. Always the same problem. (Look photo) i want to make sure that it will get canceled before the yearly subscription begins.
There is also the button missing "manage your plan". In the support section stands that i have to klick on it. Quite hard when there is no button. Please contact me.
