Correct answer Kanikas

Hi Matthijsp50839276,

I see you have an account with Adobe and the subscription was canceled. As of now, we do have an option to restart the subscription.

Could you please confirm if you would like us to re-activate the subscription.

You may also get in touch with support for the same.

Hope that helps. Feel free to get back to us for help.

Regards

Kanika

@missaimee1

if you're within 2 months of your cancellation, it should be reversible. contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

had the same "problem" was talking to the support over chat and..........

they sad the opposit. For now they can´t do anything. Order a new plan with different mailaccount or just wait for the day the subscription will end.

Hello!
While trying to sort out a billing issue, I accidentally ended my plan and subscription, and I would like to re-activate it.

I tried accessing the Support page for help but found it hard to navigate.  Is there an email I can reach out to?
I would greatly appreciate any help in re-activating it as soon as possible.

I am confirming now that I would like my subscription to be reactivated.

Rgautreaux, I can confirm you did start a new plan today under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. You may consider using a different e-mail address to prevent confusion between your new individual account and any account provided or managed by your school. Please see https://adobe.ly/4i7s00J for more information. ^JW

start a new one using the same adobe id.
