I have same issue, after 7 days! they should automatically suspended the subscription, rather than they continue to let you pay without informing us, and the problem is, i cannot manage my plan they want me to pay the remaining bills, which is i dont have any idea! please any advice! they must change the process regarding this.

    ie, you must fix your payment problem before you can cancel.
