Dear Team,

I'ld like to cancel my subscription, I had tried to cancel but obviously did not work because I was still debited about 2 days ago.

I'd like a refund please and permanently cancel subscription.

    Unfortunately, the refund can not be processed here. However, you can cancel your plan  following the suggestions shared by the expert above.

    you must resolve payment problems before you can cancel.  and no one here (or elsewhere) can cancel for you:
