refunds take up to 14 days, IF you cancelled within the refund period.

Buenas noches, el día de hoy se cobraron un programa que no uso, y vencía hoy así que se cobraron automáticamente y cancelé el plan y en la tarde me cobraron un monto más alto automáticamente. Si ya pagué el primer monto no es justo que se cobren por cancelar el plan ya que mejor lo cancelo para no olvidarme ya que también no use ese programa. Necesito que me devuelvan el monto cobrado.
