I have been billed and I did cancel my free trial the same day. 

 so when I check am not owing anything so why on the 9th of this month my bank transaction stated you all tried to take a payment of 15.99. USD from my account

 

Please check your records and see that it was cancelled.

    Hi smooth_panther1644, 

     

    I see that you had purchased an Illustrator subscription under the same Adobe ID as with the community. The susbcription stands cancelled and you will not charged for the same.

     This is the transaction where it was declined due to I not owing anything to you.
