This issue hasn’t been resolved for everyone—I’m still experiencing the same problem. The online chat support hasn’t been helpful either. Even though it gives the option to connect with an “agent,” I’m fairly certain I was still speaking with a bot, since all three “agents” I interacted with today gave nearly identical responses and none were able to resolve the issue.
I was considering resubscribing to one of Adobe’s services, but the fact that something as simple as canceling a subscription has become so difficult makes me hesitant to commit again. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to contact my bank to block further charges.
Could you please enable the option for me to cancel my subscription, the same way it was done for @Fearless_Zephyr9465? I’d greatly appreciate it.
