I just tried to do the same; been charged for 1 year $20 / month without my knowledge, and then auto-renewed for a full year! This is fraudulent!

You resurrected a 6 year old topic which is unrelated.  So I moved this to a new topic for you.

 

You mean you didn't check your credit/bank card statements for a year???!!!!  That's very foolish.  If you don't check your statements every month, you're easy prey for identity & credit card thieves. 

 

Contact Adobe and contact your bank.  But after so much time has passed, it's probably too late to recover anything.
