Hello. I have the same problem. I have account sice 18.2.2023

 I want to Cancel the plan, but now, it shows me, that I have to pay 45 € cancellation fee. This is outrageous! How could I cancel it without this fee? Thank you!

with an annual plan paid monthly, you have to cancel after your 12 payment is received and before the renwal date. with an renew date of feb 18, cancel between feb 1 and feb 18 to avoid a penalty.
