Re: cancelled subscription but still being charwed

I did the same.  I first installed in my computer, then I realized that I don't need it anymore, as I thought that the price is too expensive to take out from my salary.  So right after, I cancelled my subscription.  It worked.   I saw that my subscription was cancelled.   I just didn't screen shot it because I trusted ADOBE, I know that they are a prestigious company as I bought a software from them before (software from the disc).  now I feel very bad as I was so relaxed that my subscription has been terminated only to find out that it was deducted to my credit card, which now I have to pay.  :'(   I feel really, really bad.  IS THIS A NEW TRICK?

    with successful cancellation an email confirmation is sent to you from adobe.  it may be in your spam folder but it will confirm your cancellation and its date.  can you find it?
