Re: Cancelling Subscription

I am trying to cancel my Adobe subscription, as i no longer have any need for it. I am unable to delete my account or cancel my subscription as i have a new card so there is a billing issue on the account(and i don't want to attach a new card). I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

    If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
    Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

    Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
