But there is no email chat in there. How should i chat then?

    To add Adobe does not provide support via email so there is no public email that you can send your request to. If you do get some email in response to this post then it is most likely a scam. Use the links provided by @kglad to open a secure chat session with Adobe representative and seek help for your problem.

    @Damian26797911zfvd , use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
