Re: CC seems not to recognize my pc / licensing error

Hello there! I have exactly the same problem: This morning, when starting Photoshop, I received exactly the same message that all available (2) licenses are occupied. I also had to sign out of ALL my active accounts to get it back working again.

When checking my Adobe Account, I also realized that none of my 2 computers are listed as "Active Devices", though I am pretty sure they had been listed in the past...

    Hello Shivangi,

yes, I have done the steps listed and - after signing out of all devices and sign in again -  it all seems to work properly again. However, I did not sign in with a different Adobe ID, since I do not have another ID and - honestly - I do not want to create another Adobe ID.

Signing out and in again helped, but it would be interesting to know the cause of this problem, since it appeared out of the blue.

Thanks for your question, 3Dvice. We recently corrected a new internal error causing some computers to create multiple activation events. We apologize for the inconvenience. I am my own admin. Though I just relized that this is a topic in the "Enterprise and Teams" section. I am a freelancer with a CC Pro subscription... yet the problem seems to be the same.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
