Re: Charged Twice for Subsciption

Dear Adobe Support,

I noticed that there are two separate invoices dated April 22, 2025, both under the same order number (AD03357700014ETW), but with different amounts: NT$12,600 and NT$8,442.

I would like to confirm whether I was charged twice for the same subscription (Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB + Adobe Stock – 10 assets/month), or if one of these is a corrected version of the other.

Could you please help me clarify this and confirm the actual amount billed to my account?

    Dear Adobe Support,

    I am writing to request a full refund due to what appears to be duplicate billing on April 22, 2025. Under the same order number (AD03357700014ETW), I received two invoices for different amounts: NT$12,600 and NT$8,442.

    Please note that I did not authorize or intend to make two separate payments for the same subscription. I kindly request that Adobe issue a full refund for both charges and cancel any duplicate or erroneous transaction associated with this order.

    Please confirm the refund process and let me know if you need any additional information.

    We appreciate you raising this query. On checking your account info, I found that you subscribed for CC all apps and Adobe Stock both. This is the reason you have been charged twice. 
    Since you cancelled the subscription within 14 days, you are eligible for refund. Please contact our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4jLVpOh

    They will help you with the process.
