Re: closing an acrobat DC Pro account

Hello,

I tried to activate the 7-day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but the activation was not successful. When I checked in my account settings, I did not see any active subscription.

However, since I entered my payment card details during the process, I want to make sure that my card information is completely removed from your system and that no charges will be made.

Could you please confirm that my payment details are deleted and that I will not be charged?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Ann Tovmasyan

Ann, thanks for posting about your recent attempt to evaluate Acrobat. I can confirm that the subscription is paused and unable to be canceled because the method of payment you used to begin your commitment was not accepted.
