O meu problema é um pouco diferente. Tenho conta na Adobe com dois email e na hora de comprar meu plano, acabei usando o email errado.

Tenho portfolio no email que não fiz a compra e não quero perdo-lo, existe alguma forma de passar a compra este email que esta ativo?

    Thanks for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating it can be to have your subscription linked to the wrong email especially when your portfolio is tied to the other account.

    At the moment, Adobe does not support transferring subscriptions or purchases between accounts. Each plan is tied to the specific Adobe ID (email address) used at the time of purchase.

    You can cancel the subscription on the current account and repurchase it using the correct email. I can see that your Creative Cloud Pro plan is active for 6 days. Please cancel it within a day to get full refund. The refund usually take 12 to 14 business days to process.
