Re: Customer Service Request - Cancellation

Unfortunately, I had two subscriptions at once I tried to cancel both of them. I wantboth of them canceled And I don't understand why I had to subscription linked to the same email.

    We are here to help you. I see that you have an Acrobat subscription under the same ID as the one you are using here. The subscription has some payment issues. I request you to kindly update the payment so that you can cancel the subscription.
