me van cobrando dos veces una suscripcion que no utilizo y que no me dejan sacar mi tarjeta de ahi por favor solicito la devolucion inmediata de mi dinero de algo que yo no uso y que cancele hace meses por favor. //

They're charging me twice for a subscription I don't use and they won't let me take my card out of there. Please request an immediate refund for something I don't use and that I canceled months ago.

    I checked your account registered on the community, and could not find any active subscription with the current email address. 

     

    If you have the billing details and the email address handy, I recommend contacting our billing team on social media.

    Dear Support Team,

    The email linked to my account is <email removed-kglad> I was charged twice for a subscription that I do not use, and I was billed $24.99 even though I canceled the subscription on August 22, 2025.

    I have attached the invoices as proof and kindly request the corresponding refund. This situation feels unfair and unacceptable.

    what's it show?

    eg, any payment problems,?
    more than one subscription?  (ie, acrobat and ai for acrobat)
    only the plan(s) you want?
