Adobe offers full refund if the Creative Cloud apps' subscription is cancelled within first 14 days. You can check the details following the articles shared by the expert @kglad above.

As per your account details, you have an active plan for AI Assistant for Acrobat since 10 days. Please cancel it within next 3 days to get the full refund. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.

After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
