I started a 7 day free trial of adobe elements and it is day 5 and I WANT TO CANCEL my trial BUT

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND HOW I CAN DO THIS!!!! so frustrating!!! none of "help' or "how to" instructions found online are helpful. I Can't see anything in my"plan" that says trial subscription or PhElements. Do not want to be charged in 2 days!!!

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



    if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    Rachel, I am sorry, but the only trial I am showing under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, is a trial of Creative Cloud for Teams. Please see https://adobe.ly/41Vc0Jt for information on how to cancel the plan. You will need to work with your organization's Creative Cloud administrator or someone who has access to the Admin Console to complete the process. ^JW
