I need help with canceling this plan II was on a free trial and in 5 days and want to cancel and get a refund I dont want or need this plan and evrything support tells me does not work please simple way to cancel

    We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that you have cancelled your Adobe subscription following the steps suggested by the expert @kglad. A refund has been initiated from Adobe's end. It usually takes 12-14 business days for the refund to process.

    Well this is not a pleasant experience , as I dont like this plan it does not work for me and now need service and a refund

    Unfortuanately the support does not work I dont have a google account so cannot log in through a google address
