Why should I have to get my bank statements or other information if U.S. business practice is to issue receipts to customers? Invoices help to get orders. However, upon payment, business practice is to have receipts showing payment details.

Thank you, John. However, this page redirects to information on how to obtain invoices (not receipts). The online chat team was able to assist me by emailing me receipts for up to six months of payments. As a helpful suggestion to Adobe, please make receipts accessible to customers via their billing portal, and please make them accessible for more than six months, especially because our subscriptions are annual. Thank you!
