I am having this same problem about the refund. It has been a few days since I’ve requested it and I’ve gotten no information back

I just checked your account details and noticed that your refund has been created for the product (AfterEffects) on 2nd of May 2018.

I also have the same problem. I got the 7-day trial last Dec.1,2022 and cancelled it on Dec.8,2022. I am given the cancellation refund note but still did not receive the cancellation refund. Please help.
